We made New Year's Eve a family event (really it always is for us). We joined our friends the Brimhalls and the Boyers and went to Soldier Hollow for some tubing. I got one really fast run in with Brett as a zoomed down the slope clinging to his tube in front of me. Unfortunately, Kenna was FREEZING and had to go inside and Cade was not having it wearing snow clothes so I spent the evening drinking hot chocolate and hanging with those two, Tanya, and Landon. Mike kept Brett busy and then went out for some real fun with Max and the men. Afterwards we ate at a great pizza place w/ice cream. Everyone joined us back in Park City for games and we really did stay up until midnight! It was so fun to visit and catch up.
The next day consisted of sleeping in, church, cousins, and getting ready to go. Amazing how these trips fly by! Kenna and Genevieve were great friends during the trip and it was so fun getting to see little Brooks and his personality. Brett showed off his new car track from Grandy - it was a hit with all.

We packed up and headed for Grandy's for the night, knowing tomorrow we'd be back in Houston. 2011 has been a full and happy year - hope 2012 brings much goodness too!
