It's hard to believe we have experienced so much of life together and now my Mike is 37.  We did manage to find him a few things he hadn't already received for Christmas.  When I asked Kenna what she thought we should get Dad for his birthday she said, "I know what he would REALLY like BEST. Me wrapped up in a present!"  I'm so glad she knows her daddy loves her. 

37 Things I love about Mike:

1. He is a great provider

2. He loves playing with the kids and they know it

3.  He is handsome

4. He makes me laugh even though I don't like to admit it

5. He puts up with my craziness

6. He has great faith and trust in the Lord

7. He is committed 

8. He's honest

9. He's hardworking

10. He doesn't have a problem kicking back and enjoying himself

11. He makes date nights a priority

12. He does dishes

13. He watches LOST with me

14. He adores his girls

15. I can count on him

16. He can put up with a cluttered house

17. He gave Max and Kenna "daddy ski lessons" - and they learned a lot!

18. He likes to vacation

19. He can still surprise me

20. He likes my family

21. We're in this thing together

22. He helps me out when I need it

23. He prays

24. He listens

25. He is opinionated - which makes for good discussions

27. He works to minimize his work travel

28. He manages our finances

29. His competative nature brings out mine

30.He takes the kids golfing - even though Brett spends much of his time playing in the sandtraps

31. He willingly wears a goofy birthday crown every year

32. He enjoys teaching seminary
