Our neighbors have the most wonderful cat. Rose has adopted us and we have adopted her. She is often waiting by our front door, in the bushes, runs to play with the kids, and in return receives lots of attention and the occasional bowel of milk. My kids frequently beeline it to the house next door, tromping through their bushes as they chase this feline friend. Rose provides us with hours of fun but no real responsibility - it's perfect.
