Ode to Chik-filet

Ten years in Texas and once of our favorite places to go - Chik-filet.  A name I once associated with malls and a stuffed chicken suddenly became a Mecca we would travel to once a week. They are everywhere here and don't even attempt the drive through at lunchtime, it's at least a 20 minute wait.  Food that kids and adults enjoy and a playplace too - especially in 100 degree summer heat - it doesn't get much better than that.
