Brett doesn't love to pose for pictures but I had to get a shot of him this morning before his last soccer game. He has loved being on a team with his friends and hasn't complained about practices or games - a big step for this guy.
Just after Brett's game, Kenna's choir group - The Texas Stars, had their first performance at the neighborhood Easter Egg hunt. She sang a solo in the peanut butter and jelly song and was awesome! This girl lights up on stage and we were SO proud of her. She also sang back up for "Dynamite", "Romeo and Juliet" by Taylor Swift, America the Beautiful, and "Mama a Rainbow". They are quite the group.
After the singing, we were able to enjoy a few of the Easter activities. The bunnies were definitely the favorite - I think both Brett and Kenna asked if we could PLEASE take home a bunny! Luckily the man who owned them planned on taking them all home. We also hit the Kona Ice truck, the inflatable jumping areas, and the balloon animal lady. Nothing like a carnival in your backyard - almost.

Your kids are involved in some cool things! That is really an awesome choir. And who isn't a sucker for baby rabbits? They are so cute.
