Some years we see Santa and some years we don't - but this year we heard about a place with a complete "Santa Experience" and we couldn't resist trying it out. Our good friends joined us and besides just seeing and talking with a wonderfully jolly and very wise Santa, the kids wrote letters to Santa and had a blast pushing them into the "North Pole" mailbox filled with whooshing air, then they made some festive Christmas picture frames, and finally....
it was off to see Santa who had their letters in hand. He made a mental note of each child's requests and asked them a few questions just to make sure they were trying their hardest to be good.

After Santa, there was cookie decorating (Oh yes, we used a fair amount of sprinkles), and then we got to experience ...
SNOW! (I know it snowed a few days ago but this was stuff we could play in) My action shots didn't turn out, but the snow was definitely a hit. They were throwing it, smashing it, rolling in it, you name it. So watch out Utah - we are ready for the real stuff!
