Our plane from Hawaii flew straight back to California. We stayed for a few days soaking in the beautiful Northern California weather and enjoyed some of our favorite things - lunch at Le Beau and the park, the farmers market, pizza nights and more parks, swimming, the mini-fridge stocked with drinks, grandma's kid room, and feeling at home. Mike missed all the fun - he was back in TX squeezing in some work but my sweet mom and dad took care of us and Mom even flew to Utah with us realizing we needed the extra hands. (She was going out for a girls' weekend anyway but we were happy to travel with her and glad for her help and goodness.)
