Living in Texas, at least one school day a year has to be devoted to all things cowboy. Brett's class had a special "cowboy" lunch, made some great gear, read stories, and had plenty of activities all centered around you guessed it - cowboys! We were more than happy to join our handsome cowpoke on his big day.
