Church History Museum

After a quick stop in Nevada, we were safely back in Utah and anxious to enjoy our last week out West.  With our friend Ashley and kids, we checked out Temple Square and then buzzed across the street to The Church History Museum.  The whole children's exhibit was redone and better than ever!  The kids put together quilting shapes, Kenna and I learned a Mexican dance complete with costumes, Cade loved the car and bicycle, there was also a boat complete with a Liahona compass, foam blocks to build your own temple, replica gold plates that weighed a TON, and more.  We stayed there much longer than planned - scrapping naps and almost missing our plans for the night. But letting our day just unfold felt so great - it's definitely one of the joys of vacations.

You should have bought that skirt for your girlee. She looks cute in it!
