It seems to me that Valentine's has lasted all weekend - I guess that's a perk with having it on Sunday. Kenna has been more than excited (Valentine's is her favorite holiday since it is quickly followed by her birthday). Dad gave both his girls beautiful roses - we learned last year that Kenna can't be overlooked on that one! The kids got little gifts and treats and of course the grandparents sent some happily received mail too. Pink dresses, red ties, hugs and kisses, scripture reading, family home evening, and a big meal too - sure there were the regular meltdowns and struggles but that's part of it right? So glad I have this family to love.
