Max loves to dress up. He insists on always wearing a suit, tie, and cologne every Sunday and looks for an excuse to dress up other days as well. He recently had his Grandy buy him some bow ties because he thought they were "handsome". Max is excited to be a missionary so he can wear a suit every day and wants to work at a job that requires one. (We'll see if that lasts) Anyway, about a month ago, Mike promised Max that we would take him out to a fancy restaurant if his next report card was a good one. Well Max brought home a great report card, so we booked a reservation at a fancy restaurant.

Max had been looking forward to our date all week and after he got home on Friday, he quickly changed into his suit. He then proceeded to pick out everyone's clothes for the night! Max got his dad's suit and tie out and nicely placed it on the bed for Mike to find. He then asked me what I was wearing and picked out a skirt and necklace. It was great! Max is a sharp kid and a sharp dresser. We loved having his company on this fancy dinner night.

What good-lookin' boys and one hot mama! Sounds like a fun night. I guess Kenna and Brett had to stay home with a sitter. I know that Maili would NOT have that if we were to try such a thing.
You have such a classy son! That is awesome.
How cute! I love seeing little boys all dressed up. Usually Mom's have to brib their son's to do this.
That is so cute. Max is great. All your kids are great. I love hearing all about their young lives.
That is so cute! I love that he has to wear cologne!!! What a little Romeo!! haha
ps- Becca commented on my blog, but hers is blocked. Tell her to invite me to read hers, so I can respond!!
I think this is the best idea ever-we may have to copy it since we are having a little motivation problem with grades as of late. Oh-and does Max hire out for wardrobe assistance?
