I love my kids - they just do the sweetest things sometime. The other day dinner was almost ready and we were just waiting for Mike to get home. Well with Brett inside, things were being torn apart so I decided we would go outside and play in the front yard until Dad got home. Max asked if he could stay inside and work on "something" while the rest of us were outside. Once Mike arrived, Max (and somehow Kenna got in on it too) lined us up in the family room and then with much excitement told us to go check out our bedroom.
This what our door looked like...

and our bed was sprinkled with hearts and candy too! The most impressive thing was that before that day, Max had never really cut out a heart before. It was definitely a labor of love. I love the letters, the pictures, the heart attacks, and everything else. I hope these sweet expressions of love continue forever.

So, so sweet. What a kid!
That is so thoughtful! Your future daughter-in-law is going to thank you for how sweetly you are raising Max!
That really is darling. I definitely love boys too and would also die without them, I just hope I never feel out numbered. But you do have some very valid points...
Max is so sweet. Way to have a kid with such a tender heart! Thanks for posting this. It makes me happy.
Very Sweet!! My favorite is the blue piece of paper in the middle of door that has half a heart cut out. Cute!!
