Our dear friends Dolly and Diego went through the temple. Here they made promises with the Lord; putting Him in the center of their lives and their marriage with the promise of wonderful blessings in return. It was a beautiful day filled with the pure joy that can be felt when the Spirit of the Lord is strong. How blessed I am to know this couple and to have watched a part of their journey. They are incredibly giving and open-hearted. Dolly has saved me in my meltdown moments more than a few times. :) I can't imagine my life without them. Tomorrow they will come back with their children to be sealed for time and all eternity. This means that their marriage is not just till death do you part - but that they, with their children will be a family unit forever and progress together for eternity. Being with our loved ones in my mind, makes heaven truly heaven.
