Today was Brett's last day of preschool ever! We've been through this before with his older siblings but I am always surprised when these milestones come and wonder where the time has gone. I dropped him off in the morning and assured him that I would soon be back for his graduation ceremony.
Besides Kenna, we were all able to make it to the big event (it helped that Max had flexibility due to his 5th grade play day). We watched and clapped as Brett and his class sang songs about Keeping their Eye on Jesus and then watched our boy walk purposely across the stage to receive his medal representing 2 years of preschool and all his accomplishments. Brett has come a long way and has warmed up quite a bit thanks to some wonderful teachers.
This guy will be off to kindergarten before and I know it and pretty soon Cade will take his place at this wonderful preschool. Brett we love you so much and are so proud of you. We will have to enjoy every day of this summer before you are off to "Big Boy School". Congratulations Buddy!!!

He looks so big in those pictures! That looks like quite the ceremony. Kind of a huge deal to graduate from preschool. Glad I haven't had to deal with that yet. One more year!
