Around our house, Dad is a much loved guy. He is the fun one, the more relaxed one, the one who will happily start the dog pile. We should really celebrate him more often - thank heavens there is one day a year carved out just to honor him. This year, we made him a jar with things that we love about him (or just things we love). It's supposed to make him happy when things aren't so great at work. There were a few more gifts, lots of hugs, and lots of laughter. I'm sure he is feeling very much the dad.
