Child's Play

The day after school's out, we wake up around 8:00am and head to the Children's museum because it is usually almost empty.  Not today - apparently some school's were still in until the end of the week and wanted to squeeze in a last minute field trip.  A little disappointing for us, but we still had a good time. Kyler and Camden (and their mom) joined us for the fun. The kids climbed, and worked in the kidtropolis stations (grocery, vet, bike repair, emergency vehicles, art, bank), built arches and wooden forts, tried out pulleys, talked on phones, and enjoyed being able to roam where ever they pleased.  We were saving the water stuff outside for the end but right when we were ready, it began to thunder and they closed it down.  Kenna was pretty bummed.  We'll have to find another day to finish our fun.

Children's museums are the best. Guaranteed good time even if there are too many other kiddos there to share the space with.
